The printed newsletter is an excellent way for PTAs to communicate to their members and all parents within a school. These newsletters can be distributed monthly, every other month or even weekly if there is a need. They are usually sent home with the students in the elementary schools and by mail in the middle and high schools. Listed below are guidelines for the use of the PTA logo from the California State PTA that should be incorporated in any PTA publication.
