Completing Membership Card Template
1. The template may need to be adjusted based on your printer and fonts.
2. Make a color copy of or keep one card sheet as a MASTER. We do not have extra sheets.
3. Print out TEST sheets to overlay the Membership cards BEFORE printing on the cards.
4. PTA Unit ID# - This is your Units eight digit National PTA ID Number. The number can be found on your Bylaws:
5. Issue Date: The issue date is always October 31 of the coming school year.
Only persons who have been members for 30 days are entitled to make motions, debate and vote at PTA meetings. A person must be a member for at least 30 days prior to being nominated for a PTA office."
