California State PTA Convention

Registration Information:

·         Registration packets were mailed to the Unit Presidents in January

·         Registration

§       On-line (credit card)

§       Via e-mail or regular mail (credit card or check)

§       “Open House” registration at Fourth District on March 19

·         Registration Fees:

§       $125 Early Registration (by April 1)

§       $170 after April 1 or at the door

·         Membership cards are REQUIRED to register and while at convention

Housing

·         Reservations to open on February 1

·         Headquarters hotel will be the Sheraton Grand
·         CUCPTSA recommends making reservations at the Hyatt Regency

Volunteers

Delegate Orientation 
·         All delegates should attend Orientation on Tuesday, April 24
·         Costa Mesa Community Center - 10:00 AM

Capistrano Unified Council 

·         Council Dinner on Thursday, May 3 at the Hyatt Regency - click here for flyer

·         Price is $45.00

·         No-host at 7:30 PM and dinner at 8:00 PM
·         Registration information will be available at the February 12 council meeting.
 
Fourth District
·        The $25 Fourth District fee is mandatory.  Registering on line will allow attendees to pay this fee and select their shirt size.
·         Fourth District Dinner on Friday, May 4 at the Convention Center Ballroom
·         Price is $40.00

 ·        Theme is “Hootin, Hollerin Hoedown”
·         Registration at 7:15 PM and dinner with entertainment at 7:45 PM
·         Delegates can register for the Fourth District dinner and order shirts via the State PTA website.
·         The Fourth District suite will be open on May 3rd and May 5th from 8:00 PM to 11:00 PM
 
California State PTA 
·        The State PTA is hosting an Open House in their new Sacramento offices on May 3.  Everyone is invited to stop by.
